Founded in 1951 in Paris, FIABCI is a worldwide business networking organisation for all professionals associated with the real estate industry.
Our mission is to provide access and opportunities for real estate professionals interested in gaining knowledge, sharing information, and conducting international business with each other.
FIABCI is a member of the International Ethics Standards Coalition and signed off on the 10 Principles of the UN Global Compact.

Before his role as the President of FIABCI Emirates Chapter, Mahmoud served as the CEO of Dubai Real Estate Institute for 10 years, in which the institute graduated 80,000 real estate professionals from the region. Mahmoud sits on the board of National Association of Realtors (NAR), 1.3 million member real estate network based in Chicago. He is also the Chairman of UN Global Compact UAE and has been in this role since 2015. He represents the MENA region in UN Global Compact on the advisory board for two years. In his role as UN Global Compact MENA representative, he has led many SDGs driven initiatives.
